Over 30% of serious accidents, which require hospitalisation, are leg injuries, mostly involving the left leg. Fatigue, exhaustion, lack of concentration, falling, kick back, etc. cause these accidents. Many of the victims did not wear protective chain saw clothing. Sometimes they even refused to wear it because the clothing was too heavy, too hot, and too inflexible.

For more than 20 years, SIP^® Protection has been specialised in the study, design and manufacture of clothing to protect people who use hand held chain saws.

SIP^® Protection has its own R&D department, where all garments are developed and tested. Our testing facilities allow to find solutions to specific demands of chain saw users. In this way, we obtain the the higest safety levels, the balance between security and comfort.

For all our practice tests, we appeal to professional users, who extensively test our garmemnts during their daily activities. They pay a lot of attention to ergonomics, quality, and comfort and communicate their findings. On the basis of this information, we can constantly improve our products according to the users needs.
