The SIOEN Apparel R&D team is part of an internal spiderweb structure of different R&D departments within SIOEN Industries vertically integrated group, organized around a central multidisciplinary R&D unit which offers a platform where creativity is stimulated. Our R&D team works in close cooperation with the specialized product managers of our core and niche activities and through partnerships with research centers and federations, suppliers, customers and end-users. We also benefit from specialized knowledge input through acquisitions.
The participation of our chemistry, textile and apparel engineers in the technical / commercial support of our customers fosters the essential exchange of information and ideas with the end-users which is an excellent experience and knowledge background for active participation in different standardization committees.
The SIOEN ISO 9001 system is the backbone for our high quality assurance throughout the complete supply chain. However, the real proof of the pudding is in the eating.
How do the buyers of the garments judge the goods?
To get this information, SIOEN regularly measures the satisfaction of the customers. The customers give a score to 10 different parameters. We are happy to see that, in each of the SIOEN satisfaction measurements, our customers rank the "Quality of the Goods" as the absolute Nr.1. This is not a stroke of luck nor a fortunate coincidence. It is the result of hard work!
